Zerno HQ is bigger & better than ever
While we loved the facility we moved into this past November, we’ve already outgrown the space. Earlier this week we moved into a new facility and are currently finishing facility buildout. We will have photos and more details to share soon, but here’s what is new:
- Total facility space increased 3x
- QA prep & packaging space increased 2x
- Dedicated rooms for: shipping, finishing, woodworking, storage
These upgrades will help us overcome challenges with production planning, reduce lead times, and tighten our QA.
Our packaging station received a serious upgrade.
We’ve added new packaging and shipping tables, along with commercial-grade inspection lights. as well as extra bright inspection lights.
The station also now includes fast industrial printers and a cool automated dispenser with ‘fragile’ labeled tape to help ensure that your grinder arrives safely and in pristine condition

The Zerno Team is Growing
We are hiring a dedicated technician to ensure there is a constant stream of finished parts ready for assembly, along with a warehouse manager to lead day to day operations and supplier relations at our new facility. The goal with our growth is to scale into our demand while providing Vel with the bandwidth to focus on product innovations and broader company direction.

Product Innovations
You’ve probably heard rumors about recent Z1 R&D innovations, or even about new product releases.
We can neither confirm nor deny those rumors, but you can expect more information soon : )
