You can now edit your order details directly inside of your Zerno account

We made it easy to edit your order details directly inside of your Zerno account!

This means that you can change your shipping information along with Z1 and Z2 configuration details, like burr sets, accent piece, optional add ons, color, and voltage. 


Instructions:

Step 1: Login to your Zerno Account & click on your order on your account dashboard

Step 2: Find the 'Make Changes To Your Order' section & select either 'shipping details', '+ add product', or 'change variant' depending on what change you would like to make.

Step 3: Hit 'Save'. You will receive an email detailing the change(s), along with any additional information you will need.
